This is a look at the year 2000 way back in the year 1975. The world is run by basically Hitler and this 21st century Ceaser
has his own unique Gladitoral games to appease the masses. Death Race, where people from all over the country compete in
a cross country race where you earn points by running over pesdestrians, killing them.
A rebellion has formed and is out to stop Death Race at any cost by taking out the drivers. But what they don't know
is the Frankenstein, the star driver of the race has his own plan to end this twisted sport and bring freedom to the world
on his own. Now there are character and story issues, but the bling is the cars. Some of the most unique cars to ever be
in film, before or since. SO much so, some of them became HOT WHEELS toys. It's all about the cars. The cast does a great
job as well. But if you want a movie with lots of cool cars, stunts and craziness. It's the kind of movie now that it's
2006 that makes you say, "Thank God that never happened.". It's DEATH RACE 2000, a true classic.
